We want you to give Alignix a real try. Wear it for at least 30 minutes a day for 90 days. If you’re not happy with how your feet feel after that, contact us and we’ll refund your purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@tryalignix.com within 90 days of receiving your order

Include your order number and a quick note on how you used the product

We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps

[OPTION A — no return needed: Once your request is approved, we’ll issue your refund. No need to send the product back.]

[OPTION B — return required: Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Ship the product to the address we provide. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive it, we’ll issue your refund.]

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. No return needed.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows no updates for 10+ business days, or says delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us. We’ll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if the package can’t be found.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders usually ship quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, email us within 12 hours of purchase. After that, it may already be on its way.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or PayPal, it can take 5–10 business days to show up.
